You've made an important decision to start therapy. I'm glad you're here. It has been said therapy with me is like talking to your "auntie". I will help you see yourself but in such a nurturing way you receive it, and it allows you to do your work. My gifting is in assessment and working with adults and couples. I have always worked in some form of mental health assessment in my career. Most recently I spent 5 years in Grady’s Psychiatric ER. Allowing me to quickly assess needs and develop a life plan with the client. In our first session we will start with introductions and your reasons for seeking therapy. Then dive into expectations and goals that will drive future sessions.
