My practice is currently open to new clients. I have been working with folks for close to 30 years and I continue to feel priveleged being there for others during their most difficult moments. It is often in those moments that our best selves show up. Eating Disorders, Depression,CPTSD, Substance Abuse, Anxiety, Parenting Issues, Low self-esteem are challenges that many of my clients struggle with. "We all get stuck in our pain sometimes" A skilled therapist can assist us in transforming our pain into something meaningful. She can provide a safe place for us to explore and heal and grow! My specialties include; Complex Trauma, Addiction, Couples Work, Eating Disorders, Mood Disorders, Relationship Issues and 12-step recovery work. Given my time in the field I have worked with many challenges and I feel comfortable with most issues. I create a relaxed comfortable environment to explore the blocks to your growth.
