"My passion is to help people just like you to reach your highest potential. Therapy is about learning to have a more positive life without having negative thoughts impacting you constantly." I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Certified Trauma Specialist, Certified Pre Vocational Therapist and Approved Clinical Supervisor providing individual counseling for adults dealing with a diverse range of distress situations since 2008. My passion has always been to help and guide people going through difficult journeys. My preferred therapeutic approach is CBT- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to develop solutions so people can identify and transform their way of thinking to be more positive. I also utilize Motivational Interviewing techniques in order to help in resolving ambivalence and finding more of internal motivation.
