My goal is to support you in developing resilience so you can heal, grow, and move toward the life you want. I’m dedicated to working with adults who have faced difficult life experiences, feel stuck or uncertain about their direction, struggle with anxiety or unhelpful patterns, and are looking to create more meaningful, connected relationships.I also work with clients to help them reconnect with their inner sense of purpose, meaning, and well-being. I specialize in Transpersonal psychology and Art Therapy. My approach is mindfulness-based and person-centered. I deeply value creating a space where creativity and expression can be welcomed to explore thoughts, emotions, and sensations with compassionate presence, grounded in the here and now.
