These include managing external stressors like life transitions, relationships, or systemic inequality, or more internal issues around identity, mood and thought disorders, and low self-worth. People in the LGBTQ community, perinatal or postpartum periods, those living with OCD, anxiety, or trauma are especially welcome to reach out to me. Potential clients may be seeking a space to process trauma without feeling rushed, or looking for coping skills to manage their intrusive thought patterns.
