At times the challenges we are presented with can be painfully overwhelming. Some of our choices and habits along with our need for companionship affect our judgment. Indecisiveness and complacency can manifest as unsatisfying patterns of behavior or disheartening relationships. I believe it is possible to create meaningful changes, to be the person you want to be and live a happy, fulfilling life. For young client's fun and play are important. Incorporating creative, expressive art and play therapy interventions is my specialty. This is a great way to connect with children and teens unresponsive to traditional forms of therapy.
