I work with individuals going through all kinds of transitions: relationships shifting, careers changing, identities evolving, families growing or restructuring, grief, loss, and personal reinvention. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that you already have a lot of what you need inside. You might just need a space to think and feel without judgment.
