I work with clients of all ages dealing with emotional difficulties, stress, and challenging life changes. I have worked with clients with developmental disabilities, SUD, and survivors of traumatic experiences to work through difficult moments. I hope to provide a space that invites clients to learn and process their experiences without feeling alone. Using trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic modalities, I focus on thoughts, perceptions, and feelings to improve emotional responses or behaviors that no longer serve them.
