Jungian analytic work understands that life is unpredictable. Everyone struggles at some point in life. Others in your life behave in ways that disrupt your peace of mind and ability to live a meaningful life. Issues you thought you had dealt with long ago resurface in the present. Times like these try even the most steadfast and sturdy soul. Many are unprepared. You may have never asked for help, feeling uneasy bringing someone else into your innermost thoughts and feelings.
