I work with a very diverse population. My clients are interested in managing mental and behavioral health issues, striving for personal growth, and desiring to release everything from the past that no longer serves their highest interests. While many of my clients are diving deeply into long term issues, I also work with those who may simply need a thinking partner, a coach, or someone who can support them in their quest for wholehearted living. My work is founded in Self Psychology, Jungian principles, Expressive Arts, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive/Behavioral Therapy. With extended experience in substance abuse counseling, crisis intervention, trauma resolution, and family counseling, I will work with you to develop and support a comprehensive treatment plan that is right for you.
