We all have those moments in life, where we need extra support and clarity. My goal as a therapist is to help you find answers for those life challenges and to help you discover tools that enable healing. My approach to therapy is to help you find your own strengths and to develop the insight and tools you need to navigate life's challenges. I specialize in trauma, grief, depression and anxiety and use a multi disciplinary approach including CBT, DBT and trauma informed care. I counsel individuals as well as couples.
