With over 20 years of experience, I’ve helped adults facing depression, anxiety, loss, relationship struggles, estrangement, stress, and self-care challenges. I also work with women on issues like postpartum depression and balancing career and motherhood, as well as professionals in teaching, healthcare, and counseling.
