I provide a safe, supportive space to gain clarity, strengthen coping skills, and create lasting change. Our goal working together is for you to feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself and others, and feel ready to take meaningful steps toward healing and growth. I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges through a collaborative, client-centered approach. Drawing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, inner child work, play therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness-based strategies, I tailor each session to your unique needs.
