I have 25 years experience providing psychotherapy for individuals, couples and families who are dealing with issues related to personal/relational growth, trauma, addiction and recovery, depression, anxiety, procrastination and motivation. I provide psychotherapy which is based on principles of mindfulness. I am a graduate of both the Hakomi and Sensorimotor Institutes which trains clinicians in the area of mindfulness based body centered psychotherapy.
