I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience. I enjoy helping individuals uncover and get connected to who they really are. I truly believe that each person is their own best expert in their life. I use Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused, and Narrative techniques to help people get connected to their own values and set themselves on a path to live the fulfilling life that they want to live. I find that we often need to uncover conditioned beliefs that have been instilled by culture and family systems that don't align with our true selves.
