Accepting new client, both in-person & virtual! I always believe that even in our most painful moments, there can be space for meaning, growth– and yes, even laughter. One of my favorite movie quotes is from Steel Magnolias, where Dolly Parton’s character says, “Laughter through tears is my favorite emotion.” It really captures the bittersweet truth that sometimes, the most healing moments come wrapped in both sorrow and joy. As a therapist, I walk alongside people navigating transitions, like grief, loss, identity shifts, while holding space for both the tears and the laughter that often surprise us along the way.
