Seeking out therapy can be challenging and takes courage. My goal is to cultivate a meaningful relationship with my clients in an affirming and welcoming therapeutic environment. I primarily work with adults and teens. My areas of interest include anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity issues, parenting concerns, women’s issues, infertility, relationship issues, and maternal mental health. I am a volunteer with The Trevor Project and have completed advanced training through Postpartum Support International to offer support to women experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.
