Therapy is a journey into oneself, a process of exploration and discovery leading to greater personal insight and fulfillment. I have experience working with a diverse range of adults, with a focus on trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, as well as relationship, parenting, life transition, and self esteem issues. I have particular experience working with survivors of childhood abuse and domestic violence. With empathy, compassion, humor, and a non-judgmental ear, I will accompany and guide you through your unique journey.
