If anxiety or depression are contributing to your struggles, I can teach you techniques to get to the root cause. You will learn how to find calm and regain your confidence. I provide a safe and supportive space for you to process your experiences at your own pace. I offer guidance to help clients explore stressors, behaviors and thoughts that are contributing to their challenges. I have expertise in trauma, complex trauma and substance use disorders. If you are experiencing difficulty in relationships, we can work on gaining more insight to attract people in your life who are genuine and value you.
