I support a diverse range of adolescents and adults, offering therapy that fosters emotional growth, resilience, and meaningful change. Through compassion, understanding, and effective strategies, I help individuals build the foundation for lasting well-being. I offer a supportive in-office space where we can build emotional awareness and grounding through mindfulness. I also provide EMDR to help process trauma and support lasting healing. Together, we’ll work toward greater stability, resilience, and personal growth.
