Are you trying to make sense of your past? Maybe you didn't receive the love you needed, relationships felt unsafe or perhaps you often felt misunderstood? I help adults heal their past, helping them feel less stuck and able to choose the life they want. Our work will help you rediscover who you truly are and move through life with greater confidence, clarity, and purpose. You will gain tools to process the past, deepen your self-awareness, develop a connection to your emotional world, self-regulate, and foster healthy relationships with others. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS) & EMDR with talk therapy to help people heal the outcomes of trauma: fear, negative self-beliefs, anxiety, unhealthy relationships, etc. Our sessions may involve talk therapy, memory reprocessing, breath work, artistic expression, and tuning into bodily sensations to facilitate healing and personal growth.
