Hello & welcome! Many of us seek therapy when we feel stuck—caught in old patterns, beliefs, or expectations about who we should be, even when those ideas no longer fit. Therapy can be a place to slow down and look honestly at how past experiences and unspoken rules shape how we think, feel, and relate. Much of my work involves helping you make room for emotions and parts of yourself that are often hidden or judged—such as anger, envy, jealousy, or internal conflict—so they can be understood rather than avoided. When we can talk about these experiences openly and safely, many people feel more whole and more at ease with themselves.
