Welcome to Grow Therapy. My name is Swan Roberts, and I am a licensed therapist, clinical social worker. I have 5 years of therapy experience. At this time, I only see adult clients. I was in the U.S. army as a medic. I am so glad you have decided to seek help, and I look forward to meeting you on this healing journey. I decided to become a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) therapist because I have always enjoyed helping people realize their potential, and when I was getting out of the army, I had a therapist to help me through that transition, which inspired me to follow this career path. When people experience trauma and stress, there is a tendency to develop a zoomed-in view of the problem and even blame themselves for the root of the problem. I am here to help you develop a more helpful and realistic outlook and note available solutions to what is going on.
