Whether it’s a child with big feelings, a teen figuring out who they are, an adult feeling stuck or overwhelmed, or a family caught in old patterns—I’m here to help people feel more connected and understood. As a marriage and family therapist, I see problems in the context of relationships, not just within one person. Together, we look at how interactions, emotions, and experiences shape each other. My goal is to create a space where clients can speak freely, feel supported, and build the insight and tools they need to grow, heal, and strengthen their relationships.
