My main goal is to provide unique, compassionate, and quality care for every person who makes the choice to seek out help. Whether you have been struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, or you have been looking to better yourself and improve your life. We will work collaboratively to set realistic and focused goals to help you start living your best life as your best self. I have a unique set of skills gained working as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team which gives me the ability to help with a wide range of issues and struggles. I am trained in EMDR and I utilize an integrated approach primarily incorporating skills from CBT, DBT, and Person-Centered therapy.
