My name is Sybrena Brown, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I enjoy working with children ages 6 to 17, who have trouble with emotional regulation, anxiety/depression, ADHD. I also work with men and women who are navigating one of many life transitions over the entirety of a lifespan. I focus on Acceptance behavior therapy and Cognitive behavior therapy while always encouraging my client to see their own strength to make the necessary mindset changes to thrive.
