I work with young adults and adults to help them grow in areas they struggle the most. I enjoy building relationships with my clients and walking with you through life. I have experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, trauma, and those in the LGBTQ+ community. In our sessions, I'll always welcome you with kindness, empathy, and a listening ear. Everyone deserves to have a safe place to explore who they are, heal, and become their best self. Let's see if we can do that together! Our first session together will simply be us getting to know each other. I'm curious about what brought you to therapy, what makes now feel like the right time, and what your overall goals are. Additionally, I will always leave time to ensure you get to ask me questions as well!
