Reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, and I truly admire the courage it takes to take that first step. That’s why I value so deeply creating a warm, welcoming, and inviting space for each of my clients. My goal is to make the process feel safe, supportive, and even empowering! I work primarily with clients ages 14 and up, and I also provide school-based therapy services within the Waukee School District elementary schools for kiddos. In my practice, I enjoy using a variety of approaches—including play therapy, CBT, DBT, person-centered, and holistic methods—to meet clients where they are.
