I work with individuals of all ages, but my specialty is helping children ages 3-12. I specialize in working with anxiety, ADHD, Autism (ASD), behavioral concerns and learning differences. Children process the world through play, creativity, and connection, so I integrate child-centered play therapy, art-based interventions, and executive function support to help them build confidence, regulate emotions, and navigate challenges. I also work closely with parents and caregivers, offering support and guidance to strengthen relationships, manage behavioral challenges, and promote emotional well-being at home.
