I believe the purpose of counseling is for individuals to tap into their inner knowing, develop a deeper understanding of their true selves, identify the life experiences that contribute to present day problems, and to move forward in the most authentic way possible. I serve as a guide who supports my clients in the process of finding their own answers and taking responsibility for creating solutions and action in their life. I work with individuals, couples, and individuals age 13+.
