My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to show up as your full self, explore your story, and move toward the life you want. I help those navigating anxiety, depression, attachment wounds, relationship challenges, major life transitions, and any obstacle life can throw your way. I enjoy supporting couples in everything from communication to non-traditional relationship structures, & those healing after high-control group or cult experiences.
