As a therapist I primarily work with individuals and couples around relationships, intimacy, self esteem, and self worth. Many of my clients are struggling with depression, anxiety, and concerns about self esteem and identity. While working with me, you can expect us to approach therapy with a combination of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) in order to understand more of your internal world and work towards change. My clients are usually women, women of color, and/or members of the LGBTQ+ community. I especially welcome queer, polyamorous, and kinky individuals and couples to reach out!
