My passion for mental health began when I was a child. Through my own personal hardships and experience as being the client, my passion turned into a desire to help others thrive. Throughout my time practicing, I've spent the majority of my clinical experience working with anxiety disorders, self-esteem issues, self-improvement barriers, mood disorders and racial trauma.
