The Journey to Healing and Living A Meaningful Life to the fullest is possible and starts with you! I would love to help you embark on this journey together, one step at a time! As a mental health therapist, I help my clients achieve their goals by employing a holistic and integrative approach. I have a one-size-fits-all approach and prefer to use an individualized approach with my clients in order to meet their needs. I only use evidence-based approaches with my clients, which include TF-CBT, EFT, CBT, SFT, attachment-based theory, and psychodynamic therapy.
