I have over 25 years' experience working with both individuals and couples. I create a caring, safe, challenging and motivating environment so clients can better understand their patterns and start breaking cycles that inhibit well-being and potential. All of us will encounter periods of uncertainty, difficulty or change and may respond repetitively or unproductively, leaving us frustrated, weakened or unable to effectively tackle life's challenges. I encourage clients to enhance their strengths, increase self-understanding and foster personal and relational growth. No person is broken, or needs to be fixed, but only rediscovered.
