"My approach is empowering, respectful, and creative to assist you in being in charge of change. My clinical experience includes individual, couple, and group counseling in institutional settings such as an inpatient substance abuse clinic, a college counseling center, psychiatric clinics, a community mental health center and private practice. I work with diverse populations across the globe and love travelling to engage with other cultures. My theoretical counseling approach is integrative and includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT, REBT, DBT), Existential Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Couple Therapy.
