I work primarily with late teens and young adults. Some areas of focus are anxiety, depression, ADD, neurodivergence, relationship difficulties, trauma, life transitions, LGBTQ+, and grief. If you are in Portland we can meet in person in my NW Portland office or get outside in alternative settings such as hiking or walking and add my golden doodle if that would interest you. My approach draws from somatic (body and sensations) awareness, attachment theory, compassionate mindfulness, strength based, CBT, ACT, DBT, parts work, positive and depth psychology. I offer Solution-Focused Brief Therapies as well as long term care.
