My ideal client isn’t a specific personality type or diagnosis: it’s someone who’s tired of carrying everything alone and wants a space where they can be honest without worrying about being judged. They might be navigating anxiety, ADHD, Autism, trauma, depression, or big life transitions that have left them feeling scattered, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. Maybe they’re wrestling with old patterns they can’t shake, a sense of shame they’ve learned to live with, or pressure to “hold it all together” even when they’re exhausted.
