As a mental health professional, i am always guiding clients to make improvements, and it isn’t always easy. I have many clients with different mental health issues. The most ideal situation with my client was when he required assistance with depressed mood and adjustment to new relationship. Assisting my client with adjustment, positive reinforcement, problem-solving skills, communication skills and relaxation techniques was rewarding. I Use that momentum and some carefully chosen resolutions and goals to help my client go into with more hope and lasting, positive changes.
