Hello Hello, I'm Tabitha :) I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in San Diego, California. I believe in empathetic listening, transparency, and empowerment as a means to unravel inner conflict. I have a client-centered, trauma-informed approach, integrating conventional and holistic therapeutic modalities. I encourage mind-body oriented integrative methods in providing counseling, mental health and wellness approaches. My approach is to reveal the barriers we build in attempts to protect ourselves from childhood and adult relationship traumas. I provide guidance as to why these mind and body defenses are no longer necessary and block us from what we truly desire in this lifetime; As we develop across the life-course, these barriers and defense mechanisms oftentimes result in more suffering than protection.
