I work with clients age 5 and up, couples, and families. I love working with individuals as well who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, career decisions, life transitions, identity, ADHD, and/or Autism. My degree specializes in Marriage and Family Counseling. I have completed The Gottman Method Level 1 training and hope to become Gottman Certified in the future. I use a person-centered approach and utilize a variety of treatment methods based on your needs.
