Life often presents us with obstacles and transitions that can challenge our ability to adapt in healthy, constructive ways. These experiences can leave us feeling overwhelmed, stressed, empty, and discouraged. I am passionate about supporting children (ages 8+), adolescents, and adults as they navigate these pivotal moments. My approach involves working collaboratively with clients to build and strengthen effective coping strategies. I strive to create an authentic, supportive space that encourages growth empowering individuals to move beyond feeling “stuck” and to release what is beyond their control.
