Welcome! My name is Charlotte- through my practice, Taking Root, I offer specialized, affirming, trauma-informed care to LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent communities, including children, teens, and young adults. My approach is grounded in facilitating nervous system regulation and using modalities like DBT, Narrative Therapy, and play therapy. I also incorporate parent coaching. I provide a deeply compassionate space and tangible tools for navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, and family conflict. In-person availability is limited, so most scheduling is for clients who are comfortable with virtual care.
