I would have to say, that any client that is wanting to better themselves and work to overcome past or current issues relating to stress, anxiety, life changes, relationship issues, addiction, family issues, and self-esteem would be ideal. Having real life experiences with a lot of these concerns, and knowing how empowering it feels to come out on the other side is what sets me apart from the rest. Realizing that we do not need to settle or accept certain outcomes that may have been a result of past experiences/trauma is a wonderful epiphany that I hope to help you achieve. I pride myself on offering an eclectic and tailored approach based on each clients individual needs. I do not believe that there is a 'one size fits all' option when it comes to providing therapeutic service to individuals. I offer a relaxed, tailored, and individualized experience for clients depending on the presenting problem and needs of the client.
