I am a licensed clinical social worker providing psychotherapy and psychoanalysis for adolescents and adults. I work with individuals who feel caught in familiar loops, struggle with anxiety, relationship difficulties, low mood, trauma, or grief, and seek relief beyond symptom reduction. I view the therapeutic relationship as vital in fostering the curiosity to explore thoughts, feelings, and patterns of experience as they unfold between us. Linking past and present, I listen for what feels missing or unspoken, and think with you to fill in the gaps. With greater self-awareness one can make conscious choices that lead to lasting changes.
