I have 10+ years of experience working with individuals and families from a diverse range of backgrounds and identities. Currently, I focus on supporting adults coping with anxiety, depression, life transitions, securing healthy boundaries and relationships, and healing from past traumas. I specialize in supporting individuals who are seeking a space to process workplace stressors, vicarious trauma, and burnout.
