Hello! Whether it is your first time to therapy or you’re returning back, welcome! I am Co-Director and Psychotherapist with The Naperville Counseling Center. My clinical experience focus on working with adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety/OCD, depression, relationship issues, work-life balance, stress management, cultural identity issues, life transitions, addictions, and self-esteem. I enjoy connecting with all my clients and working with individuals from various backgrounds and cultures. I am fluent in the language Punjabi and have full comprehension of Hindi/ Urdu and provide bilingual counseling services if needed.
