Therapy is a very personal and intimate process. I believe a therapist should be a bit less clinical than other health professionals, while at the same time providing a safe and comfortable, yet professional atmosphere. My practice is designed to allow clients to truly be at ease with me, which is one of the most important steps in the completion of successful therapy.
