If you are interested in becoming your child's trusted person, Filial Therapy is for you! My approach with kids and families includes Play Therapy, Filial Therapy, and somatic approaches. Attachment and sensory based interventions are used to strengthen emotional bonds and security with caregivers, nurturing an environment where growth and resilience can flourish. Tamara is trained in EMDR to support the individual (i.e., teen or adult) with healing from trauma.
