Many struggle with parenting burnout, chronic illness, abuse, family dynamics, employment, transitions and relationships. As a licensed clinical social worker with over 20yrs of professional experience I've had the privilege to work with adults, kids and families, seeking emotional support and healing. Through the scope of a multicultural background, I offer a therapeutic approach emphasized by inclusion, awareness, compassion, advocacy, patience and cooperation.
